Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Amira Bridal, we want you to feel confident in your choice of accessories. We gladly offer exchanges on most products if you change your mind, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note that we do not provide refunds, so we encourage you to choose carefully when placing your order.
To arrange an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Returned pieces must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs, and we recommend using tracked postage as Amira Bridal cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange promptly. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference will need to be covered before dispatch. If it is of lower value, a store credit will be issued for the balance.
