At Amira Bridal we aim to deliver your pieces safely, reliably and as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

 

  • Flat rate: AUD $5

  • Your order will be dispatched once your item is complete and ready for shipment.

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information, tracking number and updates until the package is delivered.

 

Hire Shipping

(Australia only)

 

 

  • Flat rate: AUD $10, applicable only for tiaras and headpieces when hiring.

  • The hire option is limited to Australia only.

  • Please email or DM us to arrange a hire. We’ll confirm availability, terms and address any special requirements.

 

International Shipping

 

  • Flat rate: AUD $15

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Customs duties, taxes or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer in the destination country.

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information, tracking number and updates until the package is delivered.

Lost, Damaged and Order Changes

 

  • We take care to package and send orders securely but we are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the courier.
  • If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you through the courier’s claims process.

  • Once production has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

  • If your order is still in the “pre-production” stage, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
